Version 1 of this site does not run an account system, a contact form, or advertising analytics. You can read every project and state page without giving us information.

The newsletter form asks for an email address. If the site is configured with a Resend API key and audience id, that address is sent to Resend so we can mail you. If those settings are missing, the form stores nothing and tells you so. We don't keep a backup copy on this server either way.

We don't sell personal information. We don't ask for a name, a phone number, or a project address in version 1.

Hosting logs (for example, the IP address your browser sends to the host) may exist on the platform that serves the site, such as Vercel. That is ordinary server logging, not a Fixit Express profile.

Affiliate links, when they are added, will go to retailers. Those sites have their own privacy practices. Placeholder slots marked TODO are not links yet.
